High accuracy shaping:
High precision formation parts, clutch between pressing rollers and conveyer rollers arc-wise oscillation before quenching secure high accuracy in shape, radius and tapering, and effective reduces earing.

Glass thickness from 2.8mm to 19mm
Glass size from 200mm x 320mm to 3500mm x 6000mm
Radius from 180mm ~ 45 meters.
Can temper soft-coat low-e glass, screen printed glass and enameled glass.
